This service is great for those who would like a custom wig made but would like to provide their own hair.

Please note this service is randomly provided, so take advantage of it while available. 

Currently accepting frontal and closures.

Service Turnaround time 7-10 business days. No weekends.

Our Recommendation 

  • For a realistic hairline, we recommend that you provide a 4x4 or 5x5 closure. Be sure that the knots on the closure or frontal are small. Bigger knots are harder to bleach and will still be noticeable. We can make one for an additional fee.
  • For longevity we recommend that your closures/frontals be made using Swiss lace. HD lace is very fragile and extremely delicate. It is not for everyday use. We will not accept the liability. 
  • For styling we recommend that you provide us with 100% Virgin or Raw Hair Extensions. Do your research and read reviews on the hair before you purchase. Please no Beauty Supply Store hair unless it is authentic raw hair. 
  • For fullness, we recommend your provide the following amount of bundles:

The Process for sending in your Hair 

  • All hair must be mailed in even if you are local.  Mailing address located at the bottom. If bringing it to us is better, you must make an appointment and agree to signing a release. At that time we will make a mold of you head. You cannot just leave your hair without speaking with someone.
  • Make sure you get a tracking number for your package.
  • Respond to your order confirmation email and send us your tracking number.
  • Once we receive your package (typically 2-3 days after being delivered to our location, we will email you letting you know we received your package.
  • The 7-10 business ay turnaround period will start at that moment.
  • Once your wig is finished, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are local you will be sent an appointment time to pick up your wig.
